University of Minnesota finance professor Stephen Parente, who has advised both Republicans and Democrats on health care reform, thinks there are plenty of revenue neutral approaches—that is, those that neither increase nor decrease tax revenues—to improving the health care system. He talked about his ideas with MinnPost in an extensive interview.
