Alumni Association honors top volunteers, groups and programs
The University of Minnesota Alumni Association will honor its outstanding alumni volunteers, groups and programs at a celebratory event to be held at the McNamara Alumni Center on October 8, 2009.

U to Honor Top Alumni Volunteers
Thirteen University of Minnesota alumni will receive the prestigious Alumni Service Award from the University of Minnesota during Homecoming week for their long-time service and legacy of volunteerism.

Homecoming Grand Marshals Named
Six distinguished University of Minnesota alumni will serve as grand marshals for the University’s 2009 Homecoming parade.

  
Alumni Association National President Archie Givens and CEO Margaret Carlson present a banner, signed by thousands at the TCF Bank Stadium Open House, to head football coach Tim Brewster.
