Thank U is intended to thank the greater University Community for all they do for the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities throughout the year. University of Minnesota students will band together to perform various service projects designed by members of the community to best serve their needs. These service projects could range from cleaning our streets by picking up trash or window washing, to participating in pre-existing service projects for non-profit organizations. New this year, the event will have an over-arching, global service theme to educate students and provide opportunities for them get involved. This year, our global service theme, in partnership with the Global Spotlight Program, is HIV/AIDS Awareness and Education.
